The editorial director of the award-winning Raki Encyclopedia, Erdir Zat, has penned a book that introduces raki to the entire world, both as a beverage and as the foundation of a Turkish "conversation culture." The book, for which Murat Belge, Raşit Çavaş, Bahattin Yücel, and Vefa Zat served as content advisors, also features a foreword written by Murat Belge.
