Depending on the nature of the services offered via Bonherre, the following personal data may be processed:
- Identity information: Name, surname (to the extent necessary)
- Contact information: E-mail, phone, address
- Customer transaction information: Membership records, order/delivery/return records, support requests
- Payment transaction information: Payment method, transaction records (card information is not stored by Bonherre; it is processed via the payment institution's infrastructure)
- Transaction security information: IP, device/session records, log records
- Legal transaction and compliance information: Records regarding dispute and audit processes
- Marketing information: Communication preferences and campaign interaction records if commercial electronic communication consent is provided
- Cookies and online identifiers: Data related to cookies and similar technologies (details in the Privacy and Cookie Policy)
- Creation, management, and verification of membership accounts
- Execution of order processes, management of preparation, delivery, return, and after-sales support processes
- Transmission of the order to the relevant Seller within the marketplace model and execution of Seller processes

- Customer satisfaction, demand/complaint management, and execution of support processes
- Transaction security, prevention of abuse and fraud
- Fulfillment of retention and notification obligations arising from legislation
- Development of services, improvement of performance and user experience
- Sending commercial electronic communications (only if separate consent is given)
Your personal data may be processed based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the KVKK. Primary legal reasons:
- Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
- Fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation
- Necessity of data processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right
- Necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller
- Cases requiring explicit consent (e.g., marketing/communication messages, non-essential cookies)
Necessary information may be shared with the relevant Seller for the preparation, shipment, return, and after-sales processes of the product subject to the order. The Seller of each product is shown separately on the product page and in the order summary.
Name-surname, address, and contact information may be shared with relevant cargo companies to ensure delivery. HepsiJet and Yurtiçi Kargo may be used for orders shipped from Bonherre's warehouse; cargo companies preferred by the Seller may be used for orders shipped from the Seller's warehouse.
Transaction information may be shared with PayTR and relevant bank/payment institutions for receiving payments and conducting financial processes. Card information is not stored by Bonherre; it is processed via the payment infrastructure.
Information may be shared to the necessary extent with IT and technical service providers for website infrastructure, security, analysis, customer communication, and similar services. Services such as Shopify, e-mail/automation, live support, comment/rating, and analytics providers may be used within the scope of the infrastructure and applications utilized.
Information may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities in line with their requests and when required by law.
Bonherre may utilize systems and services located abroad for the provision of infrastructure and technical services. In this case, personal data may be transferred abroad to countries with adequacy decisions or with appropriate safeguards in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK on international data transfer, or under exceptional circumstances provided for in the legislation.
Our website infrastructure is provided by Shopify Inc., and to ensure the uninterrupted execution of order and membership processes, your data is stored on servers abroad based on standard contractual clauses or appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Personal data is retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the period necessary for the processing purposes. At the end of the retention period, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.
Under the KVKK, you can exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller regarding your personal data:
- Learning whether your personal data is processed
- Requesting information if it has been processed
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad
- Requesting correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- Requesting its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the legislation
- Requesting notification of correction/deletion/destruction operations to third parties to whom it has been transferred
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing it with automated systems
- Requesting compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

We remind you that your application must contain the mandatory elements in accordance with the "Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller." We reserve the right to request additional information for applications where we cannot verify your identity.
Commercial electronic communications regarding campaigns and announcements are sent only if separate and optional consent is given. Creating a membership alone does not constitute consent for commercial electronic communications.
