The 500-year-old rakı culture continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. Alongside classic names such as Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar, new voices like Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol are emerging, and new-generation meyhanes are joining the classic ones. Rakı is no longer just a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all colors blend creativity, gusto, life energy, music, meze, and conversation. Rakı white is now evolving into a spectrum that embraces differences.

Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this vibrant, reviving rakı culture together with the language of design. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented products.
