The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, embracing different colors and dynamic energy. While classic names like Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar are joined by new voices such as Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol, new generation meyhanes (taverns) are also emerging alongside classic ones. Raki is no longer just a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all backgrounds blend creativity, taste, zest for life, music, mezzes, and conversation. The "raki white" is now becoming a spectrum that embraces differences.

Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this vibrant, revitalized raki culture together with the language of design. Adopting the principle of turning crisis into design, they created products with the scent of anise.
