HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The number of days an item will be shipped within is stated on the respective product page.

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

Raki has been produced for centuries in Alaşehir, the region where anise meets grapes. This is because it is the center of the famous Sultaniye grape, and anise comes from the surrounding area. Alaşehir will have a say in the future of raki, just as it did in its past. The Anise Meets Grape Fabric Bag was produced to honor Alaşehir's important role.

The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. While new voices like Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol are added alongside classical names such as Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar, new generation meyhanes (taverns) are also emerging alongside classical ones. Raki is no longer just a drink belonging to middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all colors blend creativity, gusto, zest for life, music, mezes (appetizers), and camaraderie. The white of raki is now becoming a spectrum that embraces differences.

Anason İşleri was born with the aim of blending this vibrant, revitalizing raki culture with the language of design. They aimed to step out of the office environment and the digital world to create products that touch daily lives, tables, and homes. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented products. They created innovative designs across a wide range, from raki glasses to meze plates, tablecloths to t-shirts, wallpapers to accessories. Anason İşleri aims to transform raki culture into a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
