Vakt-i kerahet, or "kerahet time," refers to the time when pieces sink. This naturally means "time to start drinking."

The time for drinking rakı is, of course, determined by your pleasure and your butler. However, it is said that a drinking session at sunset, especially facing the sea, is more enjoyable.

Design: Gökçe Altunay

The patterns on the glasses are created using the kiln-firing method for cam pieces. They are permanent and dishwasher safe. For home use, they will retain their brilliance for at least two years. If you wish to use them for a longer period, please prefer hand washing.

The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. While new voices like Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol are added alongside classical names such as Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar, new-generation meyhanes (taverns) are also emerging alongside traditional ones. Raki is no longer just a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all colors blend creativity, taste, zest for life, music, mezes, and conversation. The "raki white" is now becoming a spectrum that embraces differences.

Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this lively, revitalized raki culture together with the language of design.
