Guller Dolusu Tumbler Whiskey Glass - 270cc
Uisge Beatha. In Irish and Scottish dialects, the water of life, elixir of life. More commonly known as whiskey. According to legends, it was believed to grant immortality to those who drank it.
The formula for immortality has not yet been discovered. But we can start by planting a flower to leave a lasting mark. Ekin Anıl drew it, and we said, "Sláinte!"*
*Sláinte: Means "health" in Celtic languages. Used as "To your health!" when toasting.
Completely handmade.
Made in Turkey.
Anason İşleri About
The 500-year-old rakı culture continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. New voices like Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol are being added alongside classic names such as Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar, and new-generation meyhanes (taverns) are emerging alongside classic ones. Rakı is no longer just a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all colors blend creativity, taste, zest for life, music, meze, and conversation. The "rakı white" is now becoming a spectrum that embraces differences.
Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this vibrant, revitalized rakı culture together with the language of design. They set out to create products that touch daily lives, tables, and homes, moving beyond the office environment and the digital world. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented products. They have created innovative designs across a wide range, from rakı glasses to meze plates, tablecloths to t-shirts, wallpapers to accessories. Anason İşleri aims to give rakı culture a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
