Sera' Fine Silk Hakkında
Francesca Serafin decided to dedicate herself entirely to Serà fine silk, turning her hobby into her full-time job. During this transition, she also decided to design her own silk patterns instead of using existing ones. A name and logo were also born. The name Serà fine silk is a play on words, using Serafin, the founder’s last name. It refers to the fine nature of the brand and the passion for silk. The logo is based on an antique mirror that Francesca refurbished to use as a decoration. Its shape resembles that of royal mansions and the gold color implies elegance. The combination of the name and the logo helped the brand get a quick start and grow its presence. The company rapidly expanded to include a variety of ties, scarves, and bow ties, both hang-stitched, printed, and woven, as well as pocket squares.
Based in Milan, Italy, and producing in Como, Italy, the company represents Italian culture and craftsmanship in all its products. Francesca uses the world around her to find inspiration for her designs. She grew up in Verona, Italy, one of the most important winemaking regions in Italy. Therefore, she was inspired to create a collection of pocket squares based on Italian wines. She also loves to travel Italy, which inspired the Italian Islands pocket square collection, which is based on most of the islands in both the north and south of the country. Finally, the Italian flowers pocket square collections were due to her interest in gardens and spending time outdoors. All of these products are designed, produced, and packaged in Italy by Italians, ensuring only the highest quality.
