Francesca Serafin decided to fully dedicate herself to Serà fine silk, turning her hobby into a full-time job. During this transition, she also decided to design her own silk patterns instead of using existing ones. A name and a logo were also born. The name Serà fine silk is a play on words, using the founder's last name Serafin. It expresses the fine nature of the brand and her passion for silk. The logo is based on an antique mirror that Francesca renovated to use as a decoration. Its shape is reminiscent of royal estates, and the gold color implies elegance. The combination of the name and logo helped the brand get off to a quick start and grow its presence. The company rapidly expanded to include a variety of regimental, printed, and knitted ties, scarves, and bow ties, in addition to pocket squares.

Based in Milan, Italy, and producing in Como, Italy, the company represents Italian culture and craftsmanship in all its products.
