HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

Masamune Closed Comb Base Plate - Steel

Tatara's Masamune Closed Comb Bottom Plate is the most preferred plate option for classic razors. Made of stainless steel, this bottom plate positions the blade at the correct angle with Tatara's unique "T" slot system and ensures a cohesive fit with the handle.

Thanks to its closed comb design, it reduces blade exposure, minimizes irritation, and offers a smoother shaving experience. It is suitable for daily use.

CNC machining and hand finishing guarantee durability and high quality.

Blade Gap: 0.63mm

It is covered by a lifetime warranty against rust and manufacturing defects.

TATARA About

The name TATARA (鑪) is inspired by the furnace that master blacksmiths in ancient Japan used to smelt steel for Samurai swords. Like Japanese katanas, our products are made with extreme dedication and attention to detail. We combine this with the obsessive precision of modern engineering.

Based in Porto, Portugal, we are an engineering team passionate about product development. We came together in September 2016 to envision, design, and develop TATARA's shaving products.

Noticing a market saturation in undifferentiated DE razors, we dare to imagine a clean and elegant safety razor (SR). This is strongly supported by minimalism and design, with the goal of achieving a smooth and efficient shave.

During product development, we experimented with various combinations for blade gap, angle, and exposure. Through safety razor users, we perceived that features such as vibration and blade alignment are actually very important for achieving a comfortable and smooth shave.

By ensuring machining tolerances (0.02 mm), we can reinforce the precise placement of parts and limit blade movements between the razor's plate and cap.

However, we realized there were other variables still influencing the shaving experience!

We knew we could help with wet shaving, and we had found our mission!

To create extraordinarily long-lasting products in a sustainable way, and to provide an enjoyable and comfortable shaving experience.
What does it do

  • T-Slot guide system: Ensures correct blade placement, maintaining angle and stability.

  • Blade angle control: Thanks to the geometry of the top cap and bottom plate, the blade sits at a specific angle and vibration is prevented.

  • Closed comb design: With small grooves on its edges, the blade makes less contact with the skin, reducing the risk of irritation and cuts.

  • Smooth and safe shave: Tatara's smoothest and most popular option; suitable for sensitive skin. Suitable for daily use.

  • Durable material: CNC machined from stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability.
