HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The number of days an item will be shipped within is stated on the respective product page.

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

With Tradition and Quality since 1920...

Olave, Solozabal S.R.C was founded in 1920 with the aim of producing high-quality pistols. After the 1929 economic crisis affected pistol production, partners Olave and Solozabal decided to produce office supplies of the highest quality. It was during this period that they began selling their famous M-5 wire staplers, for which they still hold the patent.

In 1938 and 1939, with the addition of new partners, the five families who are still partners today came together and decided to expand their product range.

Products such as pencil sharpeners, paperweights, adhesive tape dispensers, and perforators began to be produced. In 1979, an agreement was reached with a professional designer, and it was decided to also produce plastic versions of these products. Although the plastic series received many awards, it was not continued as it did not gain as much popularity with customers as the metal products. Following this, a return to classic metal products was made, and it was decided to develop them. New polishing and finishing methods began to be used, and special black velvet gift boxes were created for each product.

Since 1993, El Casco has continued to add new products to its range. Our goal is to offer you the best and widest selection of desktop office supplies. Despite all these changes and additions, the only thing that remains unchanged is our philosophy: always the highest quality, reliability, elegance, and success.

Production begins with the selection of the highest quality materials. Human labor is involved in every stage of production, quality control is performed at the end of each stage, and products found to be deficient are returned to the previous stage. Today, each product is still polished individually by hand. Every product, made of copper, nickel, chrome, and 23-karat gold, is purified and cleaned in electrolytic baths. The water used in these baths is recycled and reused with environmental consciousness. The final assembly of the products is also done by hand, and their functionality is checked. To prevent any damage or fingerprints on the product at this stage, our staff wears very special gloves and carefully places the products in their special boxes. Thus, our product is ready to satisfy our most discerning customers.

In addition to our metal products, our files and similar leather-covered products, made from the highest quality leather, are also offered to our customers with the finest tastes. We can also customize our classic products especially for you and your company, in line with your requests and satisfaction. We immortalize your logo with our silk screen printing and special engraving methods.

El Casco's headquarters are in Eibar, Spain, but we have representatives in many countries around the world, most commonly in Europe.

El Casco staplers are guaranteed for 2 years. The warranty is strictly for manufacturing defects, in which case the stapler will be replaced or repaired. The warranty does not cover damages caused by the owner, and repair costs will not be covered.
