The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, embracing different colors and dynamic energy. While classic names like Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar are joined by new voices such as Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol, new generation meyhanes (taverns) are also emerging alongside classical ones. Raki is no longer just a drink belonging to middle-aged, paternal men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all colors blend creativity, taste, zest for life, music, mezzes, and conversation. The "raki white" is now becoming a spectrum that embraces differences.
Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this vibrant, reviving raki culture together with the language of design. They aimed to create products that go beyond the office environment and the digital world, touching daily lives, tables, and homes. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented products. They have created innovative designs across a wide range, from raki glasses to meze plates, tablecloths to t-shirts, wallpapers to accessories. Anason İşleri aims to transform raki culture into a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
