The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. While classic names such as Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar are joined by new voices like Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol, new-generation meyhanes are also emerging alongside classic ones. Raki is no longer just a drink belonging to middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all kinds blend creativity, gusto, zest for life, music, meze, and camaraderie. Raki's white is now turning into a spectrum that embraces differences.
Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this vibrant, revitalized raki culture together with the language of design. They aimed to step out of the office environment and the digital world to create products that touch daily lives, tables, and homes. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented products. They have created innovative designs across a wide range, from raki glasses to meze plates, tablecloths to T-shirts, wallpapers to accessories. Anason İşleri aims to give raki culture a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
