The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, embracing different colors and dynamic energy. While classic names like Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar are joined by new voices such as Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol, traditional meyhanes are accompanied by new-generation meyhanes. Raki is no longer just a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all kinds blend creativity, gusto, zest for life, music, meze, and camaraderie. The white of raki is now becoming a spectrum that embraces differences.
Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this vibrant, revitalizing raki culture together with the language of design. They aimed to step out of the office environment and the digital world to create products that touch daily lives, tables, and homes. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented products. They created innovative designs across a wide range, from raki glasses to meze plates, tablecloths to t-shirts, wallpapers to accessories. Anason İşleri aims to give raki culture a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
