The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. While classic names like Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar are joined by new voices such as Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol, new generation taverns are also emerging alongside classic ones. Anason İşleri was born with the aim of blending this vibrant, revitalized raki culture with the language of design.
