HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

The shipping company may vary depending on the brand and product. For any questions, you can reach us via Live Support or at bilgi@bonherre.com.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The number of days an item will be shipped within is stated on the respective product page.

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

The story goes that Ashik Garip falls in love with the daughter of a wealthy merchant. The merchant is unwilling to give his daughter away and demands a bride price. This does not deter the passionate lover, and to save the money, he embarks on a journey that will last a thousand and one nights. This visual was inspired by the film Ashik Kerib, directed by Sergei Parajanov, which is based on this folk tale. Parajanov dedicated his film to Andrei Tarkovsky, and we dedicate this design to the film and the story that inspired our artist, Arel Siviş. The story of the Ashik will continue in a corner of your home.

The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. While classic names like Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar are joined by new voices such as Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol, next-generation meyhanes are also emerging alongside traditional ones. Raki is no longer merely a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all backgrounds blend creativity, taste, life energy, music, meze, and conversation. The "raki white" is now evolving into a spectrum embracing diversity.

Anason İşleri was born with the aim of connecting this vibrant, revitalized raki culture with the language of design. They set out to create products that touch daily life, tables, and homes, moving beyond the office environment and the digital world. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented items. They have created innovative designs across a wide range of products, from raki glasses to meze plates, tablecloths to t-shirts, wallpapers to accessories. Anason İşleri aims to give raki culture a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
