This text explains my consent for BON İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. (“Bonherre”) to send commercial electronic messages to me, within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related legislation.
1. Scope of Consent
I consent to Bonherre sending me commercial electronic messages via SMS and/or email channels, including campaign, discount, offer, product/service promotion, and marketing content.
2. Condition of Consent and Free Will
Consent for commercial electronic messages is not a mandatory condition for creating a membership or placing an order. However, this consent may be requested to benefit from certain campaigns (e.g., first purchase discount).
3. Right to Refuse (Cancellation) and How to Exercise It
- By using the "unsubscribe" link in email messages,
- Through the method specified in SMS messages (e.g., by typing RET) or via the channel provided in the message content,
- Additionally, I can exercise my right to refuse by sending an email to bilgi@bonherre.com.
When I exercise my right to refuse, the sending of commercial electronic messages for marketing purposes will stop. After your refusal request reaches us, the sending of commercial electronic messages will be stopped within 3 business days.
4. Record Keeping and Proof
Bonherre may store consent/refusal records and transaction records to submit to authorized institutions when necessary, in accordance with its obligations under the legislation. From the date of withdrawal of consent, commercial electronic message records will be stored for 1 year; other records will be stored for the periods stipulated by the relevant legislation.
