Refers to the real or legal person who registers on the Site and benefits from the services offered through the Site.
This agreement regulates the terms for the Member to create a membership account on the Site, use their account, and benefit from the services offered on the Site.
- Site: The website with the domain name bonherre.com and its associated pages
- Service: All services offered through the Site, such as membership, ordering, notifications, support, and similar services
- Seller: The business partner or Bonherre that offers products for sale on their own behalf and account
- Order: The product/service request created by the Member through the Site
Membership becomes active when the Member creates their account on the Site and starts using the Site's services. The Member declares that they can access this agreement on the Site, have read and understood its provisions, and by continuing to use the Site, they accept the provisions of the agreement.
Membership in new account systems can only be initiated with an email address and a verification code. This verification method is used to confirm that the account belongs to the Member.
- The Member is obliged to provide accurate, current, and personal information when registering and using their account on the Site.
- The Member is responsible for the security of the email address and verification code used to access their account.
- The Member agrees to use the Site in compliance with the law and rules of good faith.
- The Member cannot perform actions that threaten the security of the Site, prevent its operation, or provide an unfair advantage.
Bonherre holds the title of 'Intermediary Service Provider' in accordance with Law No. 6563. While there is no obligation to check the accuracy of the content provided by sellers on the platform, the 'Notice-and-Takedown' principle is applied if illegal content is reported.
Some products are offered for sale by Bonherre, while others are offered by Sellers. The Seller of each product is separately indicated on the product page and in the order summary.
Seller responsibilities may additionally arise in the preparation, shipment, return, and after-sales processes of the product subject to the order. The Member accepts that the order may also be processed by the Seller due to the nature of the marketplace model.
Orders shipped from Bonherre's warehouse may be dispatched with HepsiJet and Yurtiçi Kargo. Orders shipped from the Seller's warehouse may be dispatched with the courier companies preferred by the Seller.
Generally, orders placed by 15:00 are aimed for same-day dispatch. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Sellers undertake to ship in accordance with the dispatch date specified on the product page.
The Member accepts that, in accordance with the Distance Sales Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for innerwear, cosmetics, and personal care products that have been opened, due to hygiene and health reasons.
Payment methods include card payment via PayTR and Wire Transfer/EFT. Payment transactions are carried out through the PayTR payment institution infrastructure. Bonherre does not store the Member's credit card information in its own systems.
Cash on delivery is not available.
A points and loyalty program may be implemented on the Site. The scope of the program, earning and usage conditions, campaign, and point durations are announced separately on the Site. Program conditions may be updated in accordance with legislation and Site rules.
Campaigns, discounts, promotions, and similar commercial electronic communications are sent to the Member only if the Member has provided separate and optional consent. Creating a membership does not, by itself, constitute consent for commercial electronic communications.
The Member can change their communication preferences and opt out of receiving commercial electronic communications at any time.
The intellectual property rights over the design, texts, images, logos, and all content of the Site belong to their respective owners. The Member may not copy, reproduce, publish, or use the Site content for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party brands and logos on the Site are the property of their respective rights holders.
The Site does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Member accepts the risks that may arise from the use of the Site. Bonherre cannot be held responsible for indirect damages and third-party service interruptions to the extent permitted by law.
The Member's personal data may be processed for the purposes of carrying out membership and order processes, support processes, transaction security, and fulfilling obligations arising from legislation. The Member can manage their cookie preferences at any time via the "Update Your Cookie Preferences" link located at the bottom of the Site.

Bonherre may update this agreement in accordance with legislation. The updated text becomes effective on the date it is published on the Site. The Member is deemed to have accepted the updated provisions by continuing to use the Site.
The Member may terminate their membership through the methods offered on the Site or by making a request through communication channels. Bonherre may suspend or terminate membership if it determines that the Member has used the Site in violation of the agreement.
In case of a dispute, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees. In cases where mediation is a prerequisite before filing a lawsuit, in accordance with Article 73/A of the Law, applications can be made to Consumer Courts after the mediation process.
The Member declares that they can access, read, and understand this agreement on the Site, and that they accept the agreement by creating their membership and using the Site.
