This Explicit Consent Text, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), contains my explicit consent for my personal data to be processed and transferred by BON İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. ("Bonherre") for the purposes stated below.
1. Data processing purposes for which I give explicit consent
- Sending commercial electronic messages regarding campaigns, opportunities, discounts, and promotions,
- Executing campaign structures, managing my communication preferences, and performing measurements/reporting,
- Carrying out customer satisfaction and marketing analysis activities.
2. Processed data
In this context, my contact data (e-mail address, phone number – if I share it), my name and surname information (if I share it), my communication consent and preference records, and my transaction records related to campaign usage may be processed.
3. Transfer abroad
My personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and relevant legislation, with necessary protective measures and guarantees provided, for the technical execution of marketing, analysis, and communication processes, due to the servers of technology providers used for commercial electronic message sending, marketing automation, analytical and security services being located abroad, primarily including Shopify, which provides our site's infrastructure.
4. Withdrawal of consent
I know that I can withdraw my explicit consent at any time. If I withdraw my consent, the processes carried out until the moment of withdrawal retain their lawfulness; after the withdrawal, data processing/message sending for marketing purposes will be stopped.
