Our team will check which seller the product you are returning belongs to and will provide you with a unique Free Shipping Code for that seller/warehouse.

3. Shipment and Refund:
Package the product in its original box and deliver it to the contracted courier. After the product reaches the warehouse and passes "Damage and Hygiene Control," the refund will be made to your card within 3-5 business days.
