Program Rules and Terms of Use
The Bonherre Loyalty Program (BH Points) is a system of appreciation and privileges we offer to our customers. To keep this system fair and secure, and to protect our store, the following rules are strictly enforced:
- Point Usage and Deactivation During Campaign Periods: Bonherre reserves the right to temporarily stop, suspend, or completely deactivate BH Point earning and/or the use of discount coupons in the Wallet, without prior notice, during periods such as Black Friday, New Year's discounts, store-wide major discounts, specially priced products, or general campaign periods. Campaign discounts and loyalty program discounts (points) cannot be combined simultaneously.
- Right to Change and Cancel: Bonherre reserves the right to change, update, or terminate the operation of the loyalty program, point earning coefficients (rates), VIP level requirements, minimum cart limits for discount coupons, and the entire program without prior notice.
- Malicious Use and Point Deletion: If fraudulent accounts opened from the same IP address, self-referral (invitation), exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or unfair point/coupon acquisition are detected, Bonherre reserves the right to suspend the relevant memberships, and to delete and cancel earned points, discount vouchers, and generated coupons without question or notification to the customer.
- Monetary Value: Earned BH Points and generated coupons cannot under any circumstances be converted into cash (real money), sold to third parties, transferred, or moved from one account to another. They can only be used as a discount tool for new purchases made through bonherre.com.
