For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

Especially recommended for sensitive skin, but of course for all skin types, too. The basic substance is extracted from the pulp of aloe vera grown in the Mediterranean area. Its very particular ingredients with strong moisturizing, soothing and preserve the skin during shaving. Aloe vera has been known since ancient times for its caregivers properties. It provides a refreshing and soothing power.

Application

You can foam up the soap of the stick with a shaving brush and then lather your face. Alternativly you can apply the stick directly on the skin and form up directly in your face.

How to Use

 

Soften the soap by wetting it with hot water. At the same time, wet your skin. Start applying the soap to your skin. A thin white layer will spread over your face. Then, you can either create lather on your face with a softened shaving brush or create lather by rubbing your hand on your face without a brush. 

Lather created with a brush will be more foamy, while lather created by hand will be creamier. Stick soaps are hard in form. Wetting them before use allows you to apply them more easily to your face.
