For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

Refill Stick Shaving Soap - with Aloe Vera Extract

The stick shaving soap is perfect for travel and can also be easily carried in your hand luggage on flights. Just like a deodorant stick, the solid shaving soap can be twisted in and out of its casing.

Aloe vera - especially for sensitive skin, but also suitable for all other skin types. Its main ingredient is extracted from Aloe Vera plants grown in the Mediterranean region. With its natural ingredients, it soothes and refreshes the skin and senses during shaving.

Thanks to the (new) versatile shape of the stick, the soap can be conveniently applied to the shaving area and then transformed into a light, dense shaving lather with a damp shaving brush or by hand in circular motions.

This product is a refill shaving soap that can be reinserted into the Mühle stick shaving soap container.

How to Use

 

Soften the soap by wetting it with hot water. At the same time, wet your skin. Start applying the soap to your skin. A thin white layer will spread across your face. Then, you can create lather on your face either with a softened shaving brush. Or, if you prefer, create lather by rubbing your hand on your face without a brush.

The lather created with a brush will be more foamy, while the lather created by hand will be creamier. Stick soaps are hard. Wetting them before use allows for easier application to your face.
