HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

The shipping company may vary depending on the brand and product. For any questions, you can reach us via Live Support or at bilgi@bonherre.com.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The number of days an item will be shipped within is stated on the respective product page.

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

Our first product at Sera Fine Silk, pocket squares offer a significant way to make your outfit stand out. Each of our patterned pocket squares tells a unique story, ensuring that every look has a special vibe. They are of the highest quality, made in Italy from 100% silk with hand-rolled edges.

All of our Italian pocket squares belong to their own unique collections. From famous Italian wines to beautiful Italian destinations or our simple Essentials collection, we have a luxurious pocket square to suit every need.

Sera' Fine Silk About

Francesca Serafin decided to fully dedicate herself to Serà fine silk, turning her hobby into her full-time job. During this transition, she also decided to design her own silk patterns instead of using vintage silk. A name and logo were also born. The name Serà fine silk is a play on words using the founder’s last name, Serafin. It expresses the fine nature of the brand and her passion for silk. The logo is based on an antique mirror that Francesca refurbished to use as a decoration. Its shape resembles royal estates, and the golden color implies elegance. The combination of name and logo helped the brand get off to a quick start and grow its presence. The company rapidly expanded to include a variety of foulard, printed and knitted ties, scarves, and bow ties, in addition to pocket squares.

Based in Milan, Italy, and producing in Como, Italy, the company represents Italian culture and craftsmanship in all its products. Francesca uses the world around her to find inspiration for her designs. She grew up in Verona, Italy, one of Italy’s most important wine regions. Therefore, she was inspired to create a collection of pocket squares based on Italian wines. She also loves traveling Italy, which inspired the Italian Islands pocket square collection based on most of the country’s islands, both in the north and the south. Finally, her Italian flowers pocket square collections were inspired by her interest in gardens and spending time outdoors. These products are all designed, manufactured, and packaged in Italy by Italians, guaranteeing only the highest quality.
