Hopsack is a type of loosely woven wool fabric. It gets its name from its resemblance to the woven sacks used to transport hops in the beer brewing process. Hopsack fabric is known for its distinctive texture, breathability, and durability, making it a popular choice for light and comfortable garments, especially in warm climates.

An elegant classic understanding and touches of technical mastery are the fundamental elements of our brand. Inspired by Neapolitan tailoring, we have created our models with contemporary and modern lines; our aim is to produce garments that can be worn comfortably.

In our atelier, master cutters transform eye-catching fabrics into bespoke, made-to-measure, and ready-to-wear collections. The attention to detail, perfect cut, and typical soft Neapolitan structure reflect the true heritage of the company.

From the early days, we have not shied away from experimenting with different techniques and pushing the boundaries of traditional style with fine details; we have innovated our designs with special touches such as the striking mappina, hand-stitched buttonholes, and an effortless fit.

(mappina: In Neapolitan tailoring, "mappina" refers to a slight pleat or gather at the end of the jacket sleeve. This is a detail specific to the Neapolitan style and gives jackets a more comfortable, natural look.)

We love to "wear" elegance lightly and use traditional wardrobe codes to express our own style.

Enis, the owner of Sartoria Napoletana, first started in tailoring years ago when he went to London to study English. A family friend offered him a job at Norton and Sons, one of Saville Row’s most respected tailors, and it was there that he first experienced what bespoke fashion was. Later, when he returned to Istanbul, he worked full-time at several tailor shops and, gaining years of experience, established his own Naples – Istanbul based brand.

Enis believes that in the inherently indecisive world of fashion, there are trends that never truly disappear, and many of these can be learned by looking to the past. In his designs, he draws inspiration from international fashion icons and certain historical figures.

“I try to teach people every day what bespoke clothing is. The price of the garment doesn’t matter. Our prices fit almost every budget. Bespoke clothing is a luxury, yes, but people are moving away from cheap products now. If you buy five suits a year, don't. Buy two and make sure they are high quality. Create a budget for that. You don't have to be rich to dress bespoke or have style.”

Lining details: 100% Bemberg viscose ("Bemberg" is a breathable, soft, and durable fabric used for lining. It is made from natural cellulose, which makes it a preferred lining material for high-quality jackets. Bemberg lining ensures jackets are more comfortable to wear and helps regulate body temperature.)
Three pleated patch pockets "Soffietto" ("Soffietto," meaning "bellows" in Italian, refers to a special design detail used in pockets. Soffietto pockets are made with extra fabric folded at the sides, thereby expanding the pocket volume and making it more practical to use. These types of pockets stand out as a design element that adds both a stylish look and functionality to jackets.)
