HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

Perfume - Fougere Bengale EDP

This fougère opens with a fresh note of English barber lavender. Then, a dry, warm scent of hay takes us to the tea plantations of Assam. Yellow tobacco absolute, softened with smooth tonka bean, evokes the scents of the Indian savannah...

Assam tea and warm ginger cake notes mingle with pony-hair-scented tobacco, evoking both English clubs and the savannahs where the Bengal tiger lurks... Old-school colonial elegance is transformed by the sweet scents carried by hay and tonka bean absolutes.

Then, we plunge into the forests of India, following the trail of animalic, mossy, and woody notes. Red pepper, patchouli – once used to preserve cashmere shawls traveling to Europe – permeates the scent with its woody, camphoraceous aroma; vanilla adds its silky touch... And the journey to the land of the Bengal tiger concludes in a maharaja's palace.

Top Notes: Lavender, Ginger, Tea, and Mint

Middle Notes: Hay, Tobacco, and Pepper

Base Notes: Tonka Bean, Oakmoss, Patchouli, and Vanilla.
