Rytmo

RYTMO with conical shape and perfect design; It is the second product group of the INTRO collection. The prominent contours on the chrome-plated base of the brush and razor add an aesthetic expression to the products and is completely MUHLE - also thoughtfully designed: While the handle is manufactured, a thin plastic is attached directly to the metal, allowing the base of the brush and the razor to fit comfortably on the handle. The products of the RYTMO collection are presented in premium resin in black and mint green - and the best part is that ash wood (heat treated) is also offered to nature lovers. All RYTMO razor handles are compatible with Gillette® Mach3® or Gillette® Fusion ™ blades. A razor shaver option is also available for the enthusiast and passionate shaver. The shaving brushes of the series have a knot diameter of 21 mm.

The Material - High-grade resin

High-grade resin is a high-quality synthetic material, the surface of which is processed and refined separately. The material is ideal for exclusive accessories and writing implements because it facilitates a broad spectrum of modern and classical designs in many attractive colours.

To begin with, the aesthetic basic shapes for brush and razor handles are turned out of solid rods. Then each individual work piece is polished in several passes to give the surface its special gleam. This processing method lends the models a pleasant feel and secures their beauty for many years to come.

Pure badger

Pure badger is the basic quality among the natural hair types. The material is recognizable by its relatively dark colouring. The individual hairs are somewhat thicker, but still soft and much more flexible than bristles. This quality is highly recommended for those wishing to take a badger hair brush that provides a slightly stronger massage effect. In terms of water holding capacity, it is among the most preferred shaving brushes after thin badger.

About Design

The Rytmo series is the epitome of eye-catching and timeless design. The conical form is complemented by the distinctive zone at the chrome-plated base. As with other Mühle designs, these Rytmo designs also ensure that the piece sits perfectly when hung on its stand.

The Rytmo series is available in high-grade resin in black and blue, or in natural ash wood. All colour and material varieties are highlighted by the especially brilliant, chrome-plated base.

In the design of the stand, a narrow plastic edge has been directly incorporated into the metal. This piece guarantees that you will have an optimum brush and razor, while preventing the shiny chrome surface from being scratched.

How to Use

- Preparation is important for shaving. Skin and beard should be softened during shaving preparation, and this process should only be done with lather obtained from cream or soap.

- The skin should be softened by applying the whipped cream-like shaving lather with the help of a shaving brush. Moving the brush with lather on your face for about 1 minute is sufficient to soften and stimulate the beard.

- Make sure your mach3/fusion5 razor blades are not dull and are clean. A dull blade cannot cut the beard and damages the skin, leading to irritation.

- For the first pass, go in the same direction as the beard growth. While this direction is from top to bottom on the cheeks, it may differ on the neck. Beard growth direction varies for every man and cannot be changed by the cutting direction.

- Do not press. Especially with multi-blade systems, pressing the blade against your face causes ingrown hairs, razor bumps, and also damages the upper layer of the skin, leading to irritation and redness.

- After the first pass, reapply lather to your face with a brush or by hand. For the second pass, shave in the same direction or in a cross-grain direction for a closer shave (e.g., from ear to cheek, or cheek to ear).

- The skin perceives each razor contact as an impact. After shaving, it is important to soothe this impact. Aftershave products contain highly soothing ingredients. If you have problems like dryness, itching, or redness, use a balm. If you do not experience such discomforts, you can use a lotion for a lighter effect. Using both together is also common; you can apply lotion first, then balm.

- If your shaving brush is made of animal hair, you need to pre-soften it. Soaking the brush in warm water (never boiling) for about 1 minute, ensuring the roots are also submerged, will soften the brush bristles and prepare them for loading. If your hair type is Fibre (synthetic), you can wet it directly and start shaving.

- Shaving brushes must be rinsed very well after each use and left to air dry. Alkaline buildup in brushes that are not rinsed well at the base will cause shedding of the bristles after a while, which is considered user error.

- Do not expose the brush bristles to water that is too hot for your hand to touch. This will both damage the bristles and ruin the epoxy at the base of the brush.

- We recommend not applying excessive force to the handle when making circular motions with your brush.
