Silvertip badger

The finest natural hair for handcrafted shaving brushes. Its special features are the shimmering silver colour and a black band running though the hair. It is used to make durable, high-quality unique pieces - and products that make the wet shave the best time-out imaginable. The fine, conically tapering hairs possess the ability to retain a large amount of water and produce a dense, creamy lather.

The ROCCA series

Beautifully simple, yet particularly masculine: This is the new ROCCA range of products. A little more modern, and more distinctive than much of what is known from MÜHLE, they are made from the finest and most durable stainless steel. But it has been worth the effort: These products are particularly durable and robust.

How to Use

First, when you buy a new shaving brush, lather it with shaving soap 1-2 times before the first use to remove shelf and manufacturing dust, then wash it and let it dry in a well-ventilated area.
Fiber brushes do not require pre-softening as they do not have organic bristles. In this sense, they are quite practical to use. You can wet them directly and start making lather.
They make lather quickly and dry quickly, which is why they are also preferred for travel.
Start moving the wet fiber brush over the cream or soap without shaking off too much water. Continue adjusting with a little water or a little product until you achieve the desired lather, reaching a whipped cream consistency.
Then, gently move the brush in circular motions on your face to soften your beard and skin.
If you shave intermittently and use aggressive razors, it is important to move the brush on your face for at least 1.5 minutes to prepare for shaving.
Apply lather to your face again with the brush between each pass.
After shaving, it is important to rinse the brushes very well. Poorly rinsed brushes will experience alkaline buildup at the base of the bristles. This, after a while, leads to excessive shedding of the bristles. This situation is considered user error.
To ensure your brushes last longer, rinse them under running water from every angle by opening up their bases thoroughly, and hang them to dry in a well-ventilated area.
Fiber brushes should not be expected to perform as well as animal hair in terms of heat retention. Therefore, it is important to be aware of their heat retention capacity and not expose them to hot water.
Do not expose your brush to water that is too hot to touch. Boiling water deforms the bristles and also damages the adhesive at the root of the brush bristles.
Do not expose your brushes to any chemicals. Do not leave them wet in a closed environment where they cannot dry.
A well-maintained Fiber brush can be used for approximately 6-7 years. This period can be extended depending on the usage.
