HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The number of days an item will be shipped within is stated on the respective product page.

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

Masamune Open Comb Base Plate - Steel

Tatara's Masamune Open Comb base plate is a high-precision component specially designed for classic razors.

Made from stainless steel, this base plate guides the blade to the correct angle with Tatara's characteristic "T" slots and perfectly matches the handle.

The open comb design is developed to easily guide long and dense beards. Thanks to CNC machining and hand finishing, it offers both durability and a flawless appearance.

Blade gap: 0.73 mm

It is covered by a lifetime warranty against rust and manufacturing defects. 

This product is available for pre-order. Estimated delivery time is 15-20 days.

TATARA About

The name TATARA (鑪) is inspired by the furnace that master blacksmiths in ancient Japan used to melt steel for Samurai swords. Just like Japanese katanas, our products are made with extreme dedication and attention to detail. We combine this with the obsessive precision of modern engineering.

Based in Porto, Portugal, we are an engineering team passionate about product development. We came together in September 2016 to conceive, design, and develop TATARA’s shaving products.

Noticing a market saturation in indistinguishable DE razors, we dared to envision a clean and elegant safety razor (SR). This vision is strongly supported by minimalism and design, with the aim of achieving a smooth and efficient shave.

During product development, we experimented with various combinations for blade gap, angle, and exposure. Through safety razor users, we realized that characteristics like vibration and blade alignment are actually very important for achieving a comfortable and smooth shave.

By ensuring machining tolerances (0.02 mm), we can reinforce the correct positioning of parts and limit blade movements between the razor's base plate and cap.

However, we noticed other variables that still affect the shaving experience!

We knew we could help with wet shaving, and we found our mission!

To create extraordinarily long-lasting products sustainably and to provide a pleasant and comfortable shaving experience.
What does it do

  • Stable blade angle: Thanks to the geometry of the top cap and bottom plate, the blade sits at a specific angle, preventing vibration and slipping.

  • Open comb structure: Directs whiskers straight to the blade, facilitating the cutting of long and coarse hairs.

  • Lather channels: The toothed structure allows more lather to remain on the face; increasing slipperiness for a skin-friendly shave.

  • Increased blade exposure: The open comb design increases the gap between the skin and the blade, providing a more powerful cut.

  • Durable material: Made of stainless steel, it is resistant to corrosion for long-lasting use.
