The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, embracing different colors and dynamic energy. Alongside classic names like Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar, new voices such as Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol are emerging, and new-generation meyhanes (taverns) are joining the traditional ones. Raki is no longer merely a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all backgrounds blend creativity, gusto, zest for life, music, meze, and camaraderie. The white of raki is now evolving into a spectrum that embraces differences.
Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this vibrant, revitalized raki culture together with the language of design. They set out to create products that transcend the office environment and the digital world, touching daily lives, tables, and homes. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented items. They have created innovative designs across a wide spectrum, from raki glasses to meze plates, from tablecloths to t-shirts, from wallpapers to accessories. Anason İşleri aims to give raki culture a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
