Tea tree oil is a pure essential oil obtained by distillation from the leaves of the tea tree plant. This oil is produced only from pure tea tree leaves and contains no other additives. Tea tree oil is generally known for its antibacterial and antiseptic properties. The components it contains are usually effective in combating bacteria on the skin. Thanks to these properties, tea tree oil is frequently preferred in skincare.
It can help alleviate acne problems in acne-prone skin and can provide a purifying effect when used for skin cleansing. Additionally, it can help reduce dandruff on the scalp. Tea tree oil is commonly used in skin and hair care products, lotions, and some natural cleaning products.
