For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

It also nourishes and repairs the underarm area with its nourishing and restorative oils. With its aluminum and bicarbonate-free formula, it is suitable for use on sensitive skin. Formulated with 100% natural oils. If absorbed for a few minutes after application to the underarm area, it does not stain clothes. How to Use

 

Suitable for daily use. Push 2-3 mm from the bottom of the box with your finger to dispense an adequate amount of product. You can put the cap back on while the product is in this position. You can continue to use it by pushing 2-3 mm as needed. Apply to dry and clean skin. After application, wait a few minutes for absorption before putting on your clothes. Apply especially to areas such as armpits, inner wrists, and neck. Rinsing is not required.

Care Tip: To reduce body odor, it is recommended to clean your armpits with natural products. For your deodorant to be more effective for a longer period, apply it to clean and completely dry skin. To avoid stains on clothes, wait a few minutes for the product to absorb after application, and then put on your clothes.
