Guangzhou Weidi Technology, a Chinese company specializing in the production of personal shaving products, was founded in 2002. It manufactures its products in a 5000 m2 facility with over 100 employees and 28 technical staff.

How to Use

Prepare your skin for shaving: For a perfect traditional wet shave, always shave during or after a hot shower. Apply lather to your skin to soften it and prepare your beard for shaving. Applying shaving cream with a shaving brush helps remove dead skin cells while lifting hairs to prepare for a comfortable shave. Also, if possible, allowing the lather to sit on your skin for at least 1-2 minutes will further soften your beard and make shaving easier.
Twist the razor open from the handle, insert the blade, and twist it closed again from the handle. Twist the razor open from the head, carefully insert the blade, stack the head pieces in the same way, place them onto the handle, and close it.
Initial grip: The safety razor should be held at a 30° angle to the skin. To find the correct angle, first hold the razor parallel to your skin. Then slowly raise the razor, stop when you feel the blade touching your skin; this is the 30° angle you should maintain. You can be sure that after about 5 shaves, you will instinctively find the correct angle and gain practice.
First pass: The most important rule to know when using a safety razor is not to press down. Let the razor's own weight do its job. Take the first pass in the direction of beard growth. Do not go over areas where you feel the razor is not cutting your beard again. A safety razor reduces the beard by cutting it, it does not give a baby-smooth shave in a single pass. Save these areas for the second pass. One of the simplest causes of irritation is pressing down and repeatedly passing the razor over the skin. Do not allow this!
Second pass: After reapplying lather to your skin, clean up any remaining stubble in the direction of beard growth for the second pass. If you want a closer shave, you can shave perpendicular to the direction of beard growth (from nose to ear or ear to nose).
Rinse – moisturize: After shaving, rinse your skin with cold water, then moisturize, nourish, and refresh it by applying an after-shave balm or lotion.
