Oğuz Demir was introduced to comic books and humor magazines during his elementary school years. His first works were published in Gırgır during his high school years. In 1993, he graduated from Anadolu University's Graphic Design department and settled in Istanbul. His works have been featured in various catalogs and exhibitions both in Turkey and abroad. Oğuz Demir, who has received numerous national and international awards in the fields of caricature and illustration, also has a solo exhibition. Since 1993, he has continued his illustration and caricature work for various publishing houses, agencies, and magazines.

Raki culture, which dates back 500 years, continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. While classic names like Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar are joined by new voices like Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol, traditional meyhanes are accompanied by new-generation meyhanes. Raki is no longer just a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all colors blend creativity, gusto, life energy, music, meze, and conversation. The "white of raki" is now evolving into a spectrum that embraces differences.

Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this vibrant, revitalized raki culture together with the language of design. They set out to create products that transcend the office environment and digital world, touching daily life, dining tables, and homes. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented products. From raki glasses to meze plates, tablecloths to t-shirts, wallpapers to accessories, they have created innovative designs across a wide spectrum. Anason İşleri aims to give raki culture a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
