Created by master perfumer Alberto Morillas, this fragrance is a sensory journey from crisp botanicals to balsamic resins, from smoky woods to sun-baked stones. Built around the vertical axis of Haitian vetiver, the composition brings the savannah grasslands of Africa to your skin with notes of juniper-scented sap and mineral flint. The sunshine of sparkling bergamot, combined with purple lavender and violet mist, creates a powdery moonlight effect, while base notes of vanilla and amber labdanum bring together the balsamic warmth of a "fossilized tree" with the coolness of an inky black night.

Aedes De Venustas opens a new chapter in its history with the relaunch of its perfume collection in November 2021.
The relaunch begins with the reintroduction of the seven existing fragrances: the original Signature (2012), Iris Nazarena (2013), Copal Azur (2014), Palissandre d'Or (2015), Cierge de Lune (2016), Grenadille d'Afrique (2016), and Pelargonium (2017).
The finished creations are presented in a redesigned fluted glass bottle with peacock blue accents, a matte black emblem cap, and a chic yet weighty design that marks the next chapter in the Aedes De Venustas story. The special peacock blue hue is a nod to Aedes Perfumery's original location on Christopher Street, where the brand was born, and to the brand's values.
