- Your order is delivered by Bonherre to the intermediary company's (Starex, etc.) office in Turkey.
- After delivery to the office in Turkey, the customs clearance, international transportation, and domestic distribution process in Azerbaijan are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and the intermediary company.
- Bonherre's delivery responsibility ends once the package is delivered to the Turkey office undamaged.
🌍 OTHER COUNTRIES AND CUSTOMS For international shipments, the shipping fee is collected at the payment screen. However, additional customs duties and expenses that may arise according to the customs regulations of the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
