You can transparently track the status, content details, and shipping movements of all your orders from the "Orders" tab.
INSTANT STATUS NOTIFICATIONS
From the moment your order reaches us until delivery, it goes through the following stages and is updated on your panel:
- Preparing: Your order has been approved, your products are being collected and packaged in our warehouse.
- Shipped (Handed over to cargo): Your package has been delivered to the shipping company. At this stage, a "Tracking Number" appears next to your order. When you click on this number, you can see the live location of your cargo on the map.
- Delivered: The products have reached you safely.
📄 VIEW INVOICE
We use e-invoices to prevent paper waste. You can digitally view and download the official invoice for the relevant order at any time by entering your past orders.
