Pre-order is a sales model where products that are not physically in Bonherre's stock but are included in the brand's global catalog are specially brought in from abroad upon order for our customers. During these periods, almost the entire collection of brands (in-stock/out-of-stock) becomes accessible.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF PRE-ORDER?
- Wide Product Selection: You can order colors, sizes, or models that are not normally in our stock during this period.
- Price and Exchange Rate Guarantee: The price is fixed the moment you order the product. You will not be affected by exchange rate increases or price hikes that may occur during the delivery period.
- Secure Delivery: Your products are shipped to you with an invoice from our Ankara warehouse after all customs and import procedures have been completed by Bonherre.
WHERE DO THE PRODUCTS COME FROM? Bonherre is the authorized dealer or distributor in Turkey for all the brands it sells. All pre-order products are imported through official channels directly from the brand's main factory or central warehouse. All processes and products are under Bonherre's guarantee.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS The return and exchange procedure for products purchased via pre-order is no different from standard orders. After receiving the product, you can return it within the legal period (provided that hygiene rules are observed) and get your money back.

DELIVERY TIME Since pre-order products are specially brought in from abroad, the delivery time is longer than standard shipping.
While it varies by brand, the estimated shipping time is anticipated to be between 25-35 business days (approximately 5-7 weeks). You will be informed via email throughout the process.
