🚫 WHY MIGHT MY RETURN BE REJECTED?
Returns arriving at our warehouse are inspected by our "Quality Control" team. In the following cases, your return may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense:
- Missing Parts: If the product's original box, certificate, or accessories are missing.
- Damaged Box: If shipping tape has been directly applied to the original box (Please send the product in another package).
- Signs of Use: If the product has perfume, cigarette odors, stains, or signs of use.
- Hygiene Violation: If the protective seal on shaving and cosmetic products has been opened.
