⚖️ LEGAL WARRANTY PERIOD AND SCOPE
Legally mandated warranty periods apply:
- Electronic and Mechanical Products: Shavers, electronic devices, and products with mechanical components are covered by official warranty for 2 Years (24 Months) from the invoice date.
- Other Products: Products in accessory, apparel, and other categories are legally protected against manufacturing defects (hidden defects).
- Authorized Service: In case of a malfunction, your product will be processed by sending it to the authorized service or distributor of the relevant brand in Turkey. Bonherre provides logistical support during this process.
🚫 OUT OF WARRANTY CONDITIONS (USER ERROR)
Warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects. The following situations are legally considered "User Error" and are not covered by warranty, but paid repair support (if possible) may be offered:
- Physical damage resulting from dropping, impact, crushing,
- Usage contrary to the instruction manual,
- Incorrect voltage use or liquid contact (in electronic products),
- Intervention and repairs by unauthorized persons.
