A "cosmopolitan approach" served as a role model for the development of this series, with its contemporary and elegant design. The series' unique style and appearance were achieved through specially selected materials, such as high-quality resin or horn-colored finishes.
Silvertip Fibre®
High-quality synthetic fibers are our own invention and represent a world first. The material properties offer a premium synthetic quality that is similar to precious natural fibers, like silvertip badger. The majority of users say that this quality actually offers better performance characteristics than natural bristles.
'Silvertip Fibre®' is very soft at the fine tips, but slightly more stable in the middle sections than natural bristles. These properties create a pleasant, soft sensation on the skin when applying lather, without sacrificing the desired firmness during the lathering process. In daily use, the handcrafted fibers are less sensitive than natural bristles because they dry faster and are resistant to soaps and creams.
These completely vegan fibers are more durable than natural bristles because a creamy and thick lather is obtained from a small amount of shaving soap or cream, resulting in less product use.
Synthetic shaving brushes made from Silvertip Fibre® bristles are very easy to maintain compared to natural bristle shaving brushes. They are also used in travel shaving brushes due to their easy-drying properties.
As a natural material, olive wood was chosen for a warm effect, contrasted by dark bog oak. For each shaving product, pieces taken from tree trunks approximately 3000 years old were used. To further emphasize the surface appearance of the handle, high-quality chrome accents were added with a simple design. Just like many of our other series, our KOSMO series is offered with different bristle options for shaving brushes: silvertip badger, fine badger, and vegan "Silvertip Fibre". In addition, the shaving brush heads can be easily removed and replaced. The knot diameter of the shaving brushes in this series is 21 mm. The choice between Gillette® Fusion™, Mach3® and classic safety razors (blade razors) offers different options for every man.
