For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

Prebiotic Moisturizing Cream - For All Skin Types

With prebiotics, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Panthenol, Hyaluronic acid and other natural ingredients in its formulation, it helps to balance the skin's oil and moisture, and reduce the appearance of porous skin. By strengthening the skin barrier, it helps to increase the tolerance of sensitive skin prone to redness and acne, and soothe the skin. For mature skin, it protects and keeps the skin moisturized all day long without feeling heavy. It helps skin that has become dull and damaged over time due to a disturbed microbiota to appear more vibrant and radiant.

Prebiotics help regulate the disturbed microbiota by providing nourishment for the beneficial bacteria our skin needs. In combination with Niacinamide / Vitamin B3, it creates a strong synergy in the skin. A skin with a balanced microbiota has a strengthened physical lipid barrier, reduced symptoms of sensitivity and irritation, and an increased ability to combat pimple and acne problems.

It contains miraculous oils like Tamanu, Myrrh, Geranium that reduce the appearance of acne scars and enhance skin repair and regeneration.

How to Use

 

Prebiotic Moisturizing Cream - For All Skin Types

Suitable for daily use. Apply the cream as part of your day or night routine, after your water-based serum or before your oil-based serum. Massage a chickpea-sized amount of cream evenly onto the entire face and neck, including the eye area. No rinsing is required after application. It can be used in both day and night care routines, depending on your skin's moisture needs.

Care Tip: For an effective facial routine, cleanse your skin with a face wash suitable for your skin type, then apply your water-based products first, followed by your moisturizing creams, and finally your oil-based products.

If using makeup and sunscreen; a double-cleansing routine using an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser is recommended. For dry skin, using a face wash in the morning is not recommended.

Perfecting Serum - For Oily and Acne-Prone Skin

Suitable for daily use. Oil-based. Apply the serum as part of your night routine, after the moisturizing step. Take 2-3 drops of serum into your hand and massage evenly onto the entire face and neck, excluding the eye area. No rinsing is required after application. Due to the concentration of aromatherapy essential oils in the ingredients, it is not recommended for use during pregnancy or in cases of suspected pregnancy.

Care Tip: For an effective facial routine, cleanse your skin with a face wash suitable for your skin type, then apply your water-based products first, followed by your moisturizing creams, and finally your oil-based products.

For acne-prone skin and those who use makeup or sunscreen; a double-cleansing routine using an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser is recommended.

Warnings: For external use only. Before use, apply the product to a small area of your skin to prevent possible undesirable side effects and irritation. If no sensitivity occurs, continue using the product. If sensitivity occurs after application, discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cool, dry place.
