In this sense, El Casco cigar cutters are equipped with a very high-quality stainless steel blade manufactured in Solingen (Germany). This blade provides a very clean cut to ensure good tobacco combustion. Made of steel, handcrafted and polished six times, it is a tool of excellent quality, you will feel its robustness when using it.
The pliers design provides excellent visual appeal and very smooth mechanical operation. The collection includes a "mirror finish" coating in different combinations: chrome, 23k gold, and black.

With tradition and quality since 1920…
In 1920, Olave, Solozabal S.R.C was founded with the aim of producing high-quality revolvers. When the production of revolvers was affected by the economic crisis in 1929, partners Olave and Solozabal decided to produce the highest quality office supplies. It was at this time that they began selling their famous M-5 wire staplers, for which they still hold the patent.
In 1938 and 1939, with the addition of new partners, the 5 families who are still partners today came together and decided to expand their product range.
Products such as pencil sharpeners, paperweights, adhesive tape dispensers, and perforators began to be produced. In 1979, an agreement was reached with a professional designer, and it was decided to produce plastic versions of these products. Although many awards were received with the plastic series, it was not continued as it was not as popular with customers as the metal products. Following this, a return to classic metal products was made, and it was decided to develop them. New polishing and finishing methods were introduced, and special black velvet gift boxes were made for each product.
Since 1993, El Casco has continued to add new products to its range. Our aim is to offer you the best and widest selection of desktop office supplies. Despite all these changes and additions, the only thing that remains constant is our philosophy: always the highest quality, reliability, elegance, and success.
Production begins with the selection of the highest quality material. Human labor is involved in every stage of production, quality control is performed at the end of each stage, and products with deficiencies go back through the previous stage. Today, each product is still polished individually by hand. Each product, made of copper, nickel, chrome, and 23-carat gold, is purified and cleaned in electrolytic baths. The water used in these baths is recycled and reused with environmental awareness. The final assembly of the products is also done by hand, and their functionality is checked. At this stage, our personnel wear very special gloves to prevent any damage to the product and to avoid leaving fingerprints, and carefully place the products in their special boxes. Thus, our product is ready to satisfy our most meticulous customers.
In addition to our metal products, our folders and similar leather-covered products, made from the highest quality leather, are also offered to our customers with the most refined tastes. We can also prepare our classic products specially for you and your company according to your wishes and satisfaction. We immortalize your logo with our silk printing and special engraving methods.
