Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

How to Use: This is a refill bottle. Remove the cap from your existing Prada Luna Rossa Ocean Le Parfum bottle and carefully transfer the contents. For application, spray onto pulse points (neck, wrists) from a distance of 15 cm. Due to its high concentration, a small amount is sufficient.

Safety/Storage: Flammable; keep away from fire and direct heat sources. Avoid contact with eyes during the refilling process. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in its original packaging.
