HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

Suitable for vegan use.

RAQUN Products:
*Do not contain parabens, silicones, aluminum, SLS, SLES, ALS (SULFATE), petroleum derivatives, mineral oils, paraffin, petroleum jelly, ethyl alcohol, EDTA, perfume, colorants, artificial preservatives, or harmful chemicals.
*All fixed (carrier) oils in their content are pure, natural, and cold-pressed oils, and all volatile (essential) oils are organic, pure, and natural, obtained by steam distillation, absolute, or cold pressing (for citrus) depending on the type.
*Are not tested on animals.
*As they do not contain any preservatives, contact with water should be avoided to prevent possible molding and spoilage. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed. Protect from heat and sunlight.

It all started years ago when a couple read a book together about the effects of industrial products containing harmful chemicals on human health.

They began by eliminating personal care and cleaning products, especially food, that contained harmful chemicals from their lives. When they started researching the ingredients of natural products, a whole new world opened up to them. They began to discover the miracles nature offered us and its endless healing power. By gaining valuable information from local and foreign sources, they believed they could make some cosmetics themselves.

After a while, they were able to make all their cosmetic and cleaning products themselves and had even started giving them as gifts to friends and family. With the question "How could we reach more people?", this turned into a dream and then a project.

In their boutique production workshops, together with cosmetic consultants, they produce handmade products that contain no synthetic additives, using cold-pressed fixed oils and pure essential oils that have not undergone any chemical process. They produce by hand using glass, porcelain, and wooden materials without using any machines during the production stage.

Their aim is to raise awareness of clean and beneficial food, cosmetics, and harmless cleaning products, to produce, introduce, and make consumer needs that contribute to public health accessible to large masses, and to contribute to the formation of healthy societies.

What does it do
  • The first distillate obtained when extracting orange blossom essential oil by steam distillation is 100% pure orange blossom water.
  • It does not contain any preservatives or additives; the orange blossom essential oil in its content provides natural preservation to the plant water.
  • Orange blossom water, with its high antioxidant content, is an effective plant water in combating the signs of aging.
  • It also helps achieve a smooth appearance on oily and acne-prone skin with its purifying, pore-tightening, and sebum-balancing effects.
  • It is not recommended for use on sensitive skin.

How to Use

 

Shake before use. After cleansing the skin, it can be sprayed onto the face with the help of a spray cap or applied as a toner with the help of cotton.
