HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

This fresh chypre opens with the brilliant tartness of bitter lemon, mingled with mandarin and grapefruit. The elegant freshness of citrus blossom is contrasted with the refreshing aromas of tarragon and coriander. Oakmoss, amber, and musk ground the notes in a sensual sillage.

Today, citruses evoke the Mediterranean, yet they actually came from Asia: the sparkling, sour lemon was brought to Europe by Hellenic explorers; the green-fruited mandarin first grew in China, and bitter grapefruit in Southeast Asia...

These sunny fruits are refreshed by the light, anisonic notes of tarragon and coriander, which add bitter, spicy accents. Rosemary, green, delicate neroli distilled from the bitter orange tree blossom, softens the refreshing notes worthy of Ancient Greek athletes.

The oakmoss and amber base, wrapped in musk, gives a longer-lasting sillage, while imparting a chypre character to the fragrance. The scents also evoke the young conqueror's journey from West to East: oakmoss from the Macedonian forests, ambergris from the shores of Felix Arabia, and Tonkin musk from China, which ISKANDER could reach after conquering India...
