Muramasa Adjustable Shaving Brush - Synthetic Bristle
It is a type of brush that allows the user to adjust the loft of the bristles. This adjustment also allows the user to customize the stiffness and softness of the bristles to their preference.
For example, while you need longer bristles for lathering in a bowl, shorter bristles may be more practical if you are lathering on your face. With this shaving brush, which has 1 - 2 - 3 settings, you can adjust the bristle length as you wish, specifically to your needs.
The Muramasa adjustable shaving brush has a patented design that can be used with different bristle heads.
The Synthetic Shaving Brush offers excellent lathering and exfoliating properties for a comfortable shave. It is also easy to maintain as it dries quickly and does not require maintenance like natural bristle brushes.
We were not content with the standard synthetic bristles available on the market. Instead, thanks to our dedicated efforts, we developed a brush with an optimal fiber density that strikes a unique balance between backbone and softness, offering exceptional lathering ability and outstanding water retention. TATARA About
The name TATARA (鑪) is inspired by the furnace that master blacksmiths used to melt steel for Samurai swords in ancient Japan. Our products, like Japanese katanas, are made with extreme dedication and attention to detail. We combine this with the obsessive precision of modern engineering.
Based in Porto, Portugal, we are an engineering team passionate about product development. We came together in September 2016 to conceive, design, and develop TATARA's shaving products.
Noticing a market saturation in DE razors that were not different, we dared to imagine a clean and elegant safety razor (SR). This was strongly supported by minimalism and design, with the aim of achieving a smooth and efficient shave.
During product development, we experimented with various combinations for blade gap, angle, and exposure. Through safety razor users, we realized that features such as vibration and blade alignment are actually very important for achieving a comfortable and smooth shave.
By ensuring machining tolerances (0.02 mm), we can reinforce the precise placement of parts and limit blade movements between the razor's plate and cap.
However, we noticed other variables that still affect the shaving experience!
We knew we could help with wet shaving, and we found our mission!
To sustainably create exceptionally long-lasting products and provide a pleasant and comfortable shaving experience.
What does it do
- Adjustable: The adjustment mechanism, located from 1 to 3, allows the user to adjust the hair length according to their shaving scenario.
- High water retention capacity: Finest badger hair holds more water and cream compared to traditional synthetic or other bristles; this means more lubrication and less irritation during shaving.
