For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

Invigorating, finely balanced fragrance composition of grapefruit, essentially enlivening mint and tart notes of black pepper, cedarwood, amber, vetiver, and musk. The invigorating mint leaves a pleasant cooling effect on the skin.

Aftershave Balm

100 ml - This balm has a particularly pleasant fragrance. It moisturizes, revitalizes, soothes, and nourishes the skin with everything it needs after shaving. A feel-good factor for your skin.

Grapefruit & Mint - Features an invigorating, fruity fragrance composition with refreshing mint. Every wet shave should be successfully concluded to reduce irritation. MÜHLE Aftershave Balm soothes, nourishes, and provides everything the skin needs after shaving.

MÜHLE Aftershave Balm Grapefruit & Mint moisturizes the skin after shaving. Calendula helps soothe irritation. Witch hazel has an astringent and anti-inflammatory effect. Mint refreshes the skin and leaves a cooling, revitalizing effect on the skin.

How to Use

 

Shaving Soap: Lather the soap by making circular motions on it with a shaving brush you have softened with warm water. Apply the lather, at an ideal consistency, to the area to be shaved by massaging it with the brush. After shaving, rinse your skin with water and moisturize it with shaving balm.

Balm: Used to moisturize, nourish, and soothe the skin after shaving. Apply a small amount of balm, taken into the palm of your hand, to clean, dry skin and neck area by rubbing it. Gently massage it in.
