Roses and Goblets Whiskey Glass - 330cc
Uisge Beatha. In Irish and Scottish dialects, the water of life, elixir. Or as we know it, whiskey. According to legends, it was believed to grant immortality to those who drank it.
The formula for immortality has not yet been found. But we can start by planting a flower to be everlasting. Ekin Anıl drew it, and we said “Sláinte!”*
*Sláinte: Means "health" in Gaelic languages. Used as "To your health!" when toasting.
Entirely handmade.
Made in Turkey.
Anason İşleri About
The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. While classic names like Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar are joined by new voices like Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol, new generation meyhanes (taverns) are also emerging alongside classical ones. Raki is no longer merely a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all colors blend creativity, gusto, life energy, music, mezes, and conversation. The white of raki is now becoming a spectrum that embraces differences.
Anason İşleri was born with the aim of blending this vibrant, revitalized raki culture with the language of design. They set out to create products that go beyond the office environment and the digital world, touching daily lives, tables, and homes. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented products. They created innovative designs across a wide spectrum, from raki glasses to meze plates, tablecloths to t-shirts, wallpapers to accessories. Anason İşleri aims to give raki culture a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
