Here is our new product, poised to dethrone our bestseller and favorite, the Newspaper Tablecloth. The idea came from Arel Siviş. He opened the Rakı Encyclopedia and, inspired by it, created hundreds of colorful drawings. He worked on it for weeks. He showed them to us in installments. He got us all very excited. Nurcan Baş placed those drawings on a tablecloth, and Şirin Doğan did the application.

We all eagerly awaited the trial prints. And happy ending! The print and colors turned out perfectly. It looks exceptionally beautiful on the table. It can still be read and washed. Again, our dear friend, our elder brother, Mr. Arsen, who also produced our other tablecloths, produced it.

The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. While classic names like Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar are joined by new voices such as Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol, new generation meyhanes (taverns) are also emerging alongside classical ones. Raki is no longer just a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all colors blend creativity, taste, life energy, music, meze, and conversation. The "white of raki" is now becoming a spectrum that embraces differences.

Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this vibrant, revitalized raki culture together with the language of design. They aimed to create products that go beyond the office environment and the digital world, touching daily lives, tables, and homes. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they produced anise-scented products. They have created innovative designs across a wide range of products, from raki glasses to meze plates, tablecloths to t-shirts, wallpapers to accessories. Anason İşleri aims to give raki culture a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
